Overview
Data Axle compiles landlines and cell phones that a person owns.
Landlines
Landline phone numbers are available in the phones
attribute. Landline phone numbers are assigned to people based on their family, so all family members will share the same data.

Cell Phone
Cell phone data provides information about the cell phones a person owns. Data Axle partners with third parties to provide multiple cell phones per person, where available.
Using cell phone data is subject to royalties.
Details about the cell phone are represented in the following attributes:
cell_phones.phone
- Phone number of the cell phone.cell_phones.active
- Cell phone number was used to make a call within the last month.cell_phones.prepaid
- Cell phone is prepaid.cell_phones_count
- Total number of cell phones associated with the family.
Cell Phone Match Level
When a cell phone cannot be matched to a specific individual, it is attached to all members of the family. Use the account_level
field to differentiate the match level.

Suppressed Phones
Phones and Cell Phones which are registered with the National Do Not Call Registry are suppressed in Data Axle's database. To learn more about the Do Not Call Registry, please visit their website https://www.donotcall.gov/.
