Phone Numbers

Several attributes describe how to call or fax a business.

Compliance with Do Not Call Registry

Data Axle complies with Do Not Call legislation. According to the Federal Trade Commission Bureau of Consumer Protection: "The National Do Not Call Registry is only for personal phone numbers. Business-to-business calls and faxes are not covered by the National Do Not Call Registry."

Empty Phone Numbers

A place may have an empty phone for several reasons. It may be that the place:

• Is a kiosk.
• Offers emergency services through 911.
• Asked us not to publish their phone number.
• Does not have a landline.
• A toll-free number is stored in toll_free_number

Toll Free Numbers

Toll-free numbers are always stored in toll_free_number and never in phone

Location Email Address

The general email address for the business.
