Identify places as operating out of a home using the work_at_home.
The database is processed through the United States Postal Service (USPS) Delivery Sequence File (DSF) each month. The DSF identifies addresses as either residential or commercial.
DSF typically identifies high-rise buildings with mixed residential and commercial use as a residential property. For this reason, additional attributes about the place are considered. Places that are government establishments, employ five or more, or are the headquarters for other businesses are not identified as work_at_home. Certain categories are also excluded from work_at_home.
