Algorithms use industry assignment (NAICS), employee count, and other attributes to predict the square footage of a location. Other contributing elements include contact title, credit code, state, and multi-tenant data.
Some non-store/non-office locations have no values filled (e.g., kiosks and ATMs). The value is not intended to include areas of the same building housing other businesses.
