The types of research are:
- claim - records claimed by Local Listings or Local Listings Premium.
- compilation - in business was determined by a Data Axle associate other than Teleresearch.
- feed - in business was determined by an outside sources.
- phone - in business was determined by a Teleresearch associate.
- web - in business was determined by web monitoring.
