Reputation risk helps senders determine the risk of reputation damage as rated by email service providers during email marketing campaigns. Values can be one of the following values:

  • low - deliverable addresses that are known to engage with emails.
  • medium - addresses where deliverability is uncertain and no engagement signals are known.
  • high - addresses that are undeliverable, where the recipient is likely to unsubscribe, or report spam.
